Thank you for shopping at Old Town Model Railroad Depot. Although our doors have closed, you can still shop online. Please note that because of limited staff, we are only shipping products once a week. Please remain patient as we get your shipment out. We hope that you are happy with your purchase.

Pickup: When you place an order for pickup, we will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangements. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us and we can discuss options.

Shipping: Old Town Model Railroad Depot reserves the right to ship using the courier of our choice: UPS, FEDEX, OR USPS ground service. Shipping costs are as follows: $8 for orders under $50 | $12 for order of $50 – $100 | $25 for orders over $100. If an item is only available for pickup, you can contact us to arrange for shipping for an extra fee.

Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to take any returns at this time. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will try to assist the best we can.
