Pickup: When you place an order for pickup, we will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangements. We currently offer pickup of products on Wednesdays from 9am – 12pm. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us and we can discuss options.
Shipping: Old Town Model Railroad Depot reserves the right to ship using the courier of our choice: UPS, FEDEX, OR USPS ground service. Shipping costs are as follows: $5 for orders under $50 | $10 for order of $50 – $100 | $25 for orders over $100. If an item is only available for pickup, you can contact us to arrange for shipping for an extra fee.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return the product to our store (for free) or you can ship it back to us at 2415 San Diego Ave. Ste. 107, San Diego, CA 92110, at your own expense. Returns are not accepted on sale or discounted items. If you wish to ship a product back, please email us first at info@oldtowntrains.com with your order number.
